Tenant Information: Full name, company/organization name, work email address, and billing address.
Tax Information: Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) for generating compliant tax invoices in India.
Authentication Data: Cryptographically salted SHA-256 hashes of issued API keys and OAuth tokens (Google OAuth if selected).
Telemetry & Usage Logs: Timestamp, HTTP method, endpoint requested, request count, response status, and IP address for quota metering and rate-limiting defense.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively for:

Provisioning and authenticating your developer API keys.
Measuring monthly quota consumption and enforcing per-second rate limits (RPS).
Processing subscription billing, recurring payments, and issuing GST tax invoices.
Sending transactional dispatches (quota threshold alerts at 80%/100%, invoice receipts, key rotation notices).
Preventing unauthorized scraping, denial of service attacks, and API abuse.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

PitchCore does not sell, rent, or monetize personal developer data. We share data only with verified infrastructure providers essential to delivering our service:

Payment Processors: Razorpay, Cashfree, or Stripe for encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.
Cloud & Cache Infrastructure: Secure managed database and Redis caching clusters located in regional data centers.
Transactional Email: Transactional SMTP relays for credential delivery and quota alerts.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use intrusive third-party advertising cookies. We use browser sessionStorage and minimal first-party cookies strictly necessary to preserve your authenticated tenant session when navigating the Developer Portal.

6. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 and SHA-256 at rest). Tenant credentials and keys are never stored in plaintext. Raw request logs are rolled up into aggregate monthly usage counts and archived or purged in accordance with our data retention schedule.
